2023 Grant Holder Survey - Customer Service Report

In June 2023, we hosted a survey for our grant holders. To ensure anonymity for respondents, we commissioned NPC to analyse the findings. The findings from this survey have been divided into two reports. One focuses on customer service questions which allow us to see how we were are working as a funder, and what we could improve to be more effective. The other shows what our grant holders are doing (if anything) around broader issues of social change. It also helps us to see where we might be able to offer better support to organisations. This publication is the customer service report. We have also included the link to the report on social change below.
