The Robertson Trust, Scottish Government, sportscotland, and Spirit of 2012 have been working together to address the main recommendations in Sport for Change research published in 2017.
The programme aims to develop clear messaging and leadership roles around how sport and physical activity can bring about positive change for individuals and communities.
The Changing Lives programme provides project funding to 17 partnership projects which are seeking to deliver wider benefits to people in their communities through sport.
Meanwhile, a comprehensive workforce development programme and associated resources are being developed to support the organisations in the system.
