Award Listings, News September 2024

Over £4.3M awarded to 69 organisations across Scotland

We are delighted to announce our latest funding recipients, with 69 organisations awarded over £4.3M to support their work to prevent and reduce poverty and trauma across Scotland.

Earlier this year, we announced plans to make changes to the structure of Our Funds to ensure we are maximising the impact of our resources. We paused to new applications on 31st May ahead of our relaunch from the end of September 2024. We are pleased to announce that our Wee Grants and Transport Grants will open to applications next week (w/c 30th September), and these will be followed by our other Funds shortly afterwards.

As a result of the pause of Our Funds, there was a significant increase in applications, particularly for our Large Grants. Over the summer, our team has been working hard to assess those applications, using the same criteria and assessment guidelines as before and adding further funding meetings to get decisions out to applicants as soon as we could.

The listings below show the final awards to be made under our the previous structure of our funds.

If you wish to stay up-to-date, please join our mailing list or follow our social channels.

£4,312,000 was awarded to 69 organisations in August 2024, with a success rate of 77%. If you would like to receive our award announcements directly to your inbox, please sign up to our mailing list.

Each of the organisations below demonstrated in their application how their work is contributing to the alleviation of poverty and trauma in Scotland.
